Glenfinnan

Of course this is a often visited and captured motive and one of the most popular spots in the Highlands but this was in the end no reason for me to pass this place without stopping and capturing another private moment as I also did 12 years ago Shot taken with the 503CW on Kodakt [...]

Crossed

As I mentioned in my last post Scotland is a good country for those who like cemeteries….:) Just old stones and gras most of the time but exactly this creates a wonderful atmosphere on those mostly very calm places. Mountains, Valleys, Lochs …. all what you expect in the highlands. This photograph was taken on that trip early in the morning and the location was [...]

The Isle of Skye for me is one of the most magical places I have ever seen. When I stopped there this year it was a bit like coming home and at the end of my vacancies I spent 4 hours  of additional driving just to have one more day on this impressive island. The [...]

Melrose Abbey

Back from Scotland and a first photograph from the last spot of my vacancies. Melrose was a kind of culture-shock after almost 10 days in the Highlands. A bit like a scottish Marbella All a bit more expensive and less rough…not really my taste but the Abbey is really worth a visit. There are much [...]
